Job Role: Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Salary: up to 45k
Location: London
My client is looking for a Plumbing & Heating Engineer, the ideal person will have some commercial experience.
Duties:
- Carry out PPM, Remedial and Reactive works
- Project works, including heating and domestic services installations
- Screwed pipework fitting
- Experience of working in occupied dwellings and offices
- Fault find and diagnose issues, reporting on what is required to rectify issues
- Working with Asset Pro live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA.
- Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired reports if necessary
- Attend training and Health and xwzovoh Safety courses
Required / Skills:
- Full UK licence
- PTS qualified desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- City and Guilds or NVQ level Qualifications
- Gas Safe registered desirable
