Responsibilities- Procure within a section of works, manage tender, award, and recommendations of works packages and orders.
- Act as the face of EKFB ensuring all communication, negotiations and interactions with the supply chain reflect the company's values.
- Ensure procurement exercises align with value based decisions and not purely lowest cost.
- Engage internal stakeholders throughout the process and endorse any recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver internal presentations to key stakeholders articulating package strategies and award recommendations.
- Assess the capacity of the market during the tendering process.
- Excellent written communication and drafting of formal subcontract documents.
- Experience with NEC contracts.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, procedures, and methods.
- Proven analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Able to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
