We’re looking for a high-impact Business Development Director to drive major revenue growth across a flagship international tech events portfolio, securing partnerships with some of the world’s biggest brands.

This is a role for a true hunter – someone who knows how to open doors, create demand, and close complex, high-value deals with confidence.

What You’ll Own

  • Win six-figure+ sponsorship and partnership deals consistently
  • Break into and secure global, blue-chip brands
  • Lead high-level conversations with senior stakeholders & C-suite
  • Build compelling, insight-led proposals that clearly deliver ROI
  • Drive a strong, qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of closing £100k+ deals
  • Strong background in events, media, sponsorship or similar
  • Experience landing and growing enterprise-level partnerships
  • A commercial mindset with sharp negotiation skills
  • Confident, credible, and highly driven – you make things happen
