Operating out of the London office on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in office), you will support on a wide variety of infrastructure and operational projects within a collaborative team.

Description
- Advising on a variety of English law matters including commercial contracts, outsourcing, procurement, professional services, and intra‑group arrangements
- Supporting digital and technology initiatives, including cloud services, AI‑enabled solutions, data and information platforms, and internal governance processes
- Supporting M&A advisory mandates and corporate transactions
- Handling company secretarial matters for UK entities
- Managing regulatory advisory, frameworks, and new developments
Profile
Essential requirements:
- UK‑qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with a current practising certificate
- 4 – 10 years’ post‑qualification experience gained in a leading law firm and/or in‑house within financial services or banking
- Strong grounding in commercial and corporate legal matters, including advisory
- Excellent legal analysis, drafting and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously while collaborating effectively with wider teams
Desirable:
- Prior in‑house banking experience
- Exposure to digital, technology or outsourcing projects
Job Offer
- Base salary up to £110,000 depending on candidate experience
