We’re working with a fast-growing experiential hospitality group to appoint a Head of Partnerships & Growth to own and scale one of the business’s most important commercial revenue channels.
This is a high-impact, hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving inbound, group, and partner‑led revenue across a growing portfolio of UK venues, with international expansion underway.
You’ll take ownership of a multi‑million‑pound revenue stream and build a scalable demand engine across travel trade, group networks, and distribution partners.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and grow a significant revenue channel across multiple venues
- Develop and execute partnership and distribution strategy end‑to‑end
- Build relationships across travel trade, experience distributors, and group booking partners
- Secure and manage commercial agreements with key partners and platforms
- Build structured demand pipelines across group segments (education, community, leisure)
- Lead commercial programming to drive off‑peak and incremental demand
- Manage forecasting, pipeline performance, and commercial reporting
- Create a scalable, repeatable partnerships function from the ground up
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in travel trade, attractions, leisure, or experiential hospitality
- Strong background in partnerships, distribution, or group/inbound sales channels
- Track record of building or scaling revenue through structured commercial channels
- Strong network within tourism, leisure, or group travel ecosystemsComfortable operating both strategically and in a hands‑on delivery role
- Commercially driven, target‑led, and highly relationship‑oriented
