We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 7‑week office fit‑out (CAT B project) based in Trafford. This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on professional with a strong track record in delivering high‑quality commercial interiors on time and within budget.

• Location: Trafford
• Duration: 7 weeks
• Rate: £250 – £260 per shift (negotiable depending on experience)
• Project: Office fit‑out (CAT B)

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day site management and coordination of trades
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Managing site documentation and reporting via Procore
• Maintaining strict adherence to health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing CAT B office fit‑out projects
• Strong working knowledge of Procore project management software
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment
