Private Client Solicitor / Head of Department – Sale

Hybrid Working | Highly Competitive Salary

A well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices in South Manchester is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its Private Client department. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior role within a very well-organised, supportive firm known for high-quality work and outstanding staff retention.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and Tax Planning, predominantly for local clients.
  • The successful candidate could manage or choose to work alongside one Solicitor and one Paralegal.
  • This role has arisen due to the planned retirement of a senior fee earner, creating a genuine succession opportunity. The firm is open to candidates stepping into a Head of Department role or working alongside the other fee earners.

Requirements

  • Qualified Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
  • Strong experience managing a private client caseload – Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and Tax Planning
  • Supervisory experience preferred to be considered for a Head of Department role.
