About the Role

We are supporting a global private equity-backed professional services group with the appointment of an interim Group Financial Controller to support post-acquisition integration and group-wide control enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group reporting and consolidations
• Oversee statutory reporting and audits
• Strengthen controls across global entities
• Support finance integration projects
• Manage month-end close and governance
• Partner with CFO on strategic reporting

Requirements

• Multi-entity and international exposure
• PE-backed and integration experience preferred
