This is an opportunity to join a high-growth London-based advisory firm combining analytical rigour with real transaction exposure.
The Role – Consultant / Manager (London)
The team is hiring at both Consultant (2–4 years’ experience) and Manager (4–7 years’ experience) levels to support a growing deal pipeline. You will work on live private equity transactions, delivering end-to-end commercial due diligence projects for UK and European clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct UK and international market analysis
- Perform competitor benchmarking and growth assessments
- Lead expert interviews and customer calls
- Develop commercial models and scenario analysis
- Synthesize findings into investor-ready presentations
- Present directly to Private Equity clients
- (Manager level) Own day-to-day project delivery and manage junior team members
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates currently based in London or open to relocating to London with experience in:
- Transaction Advisory
- Private Equity Portfolio or Investment Teams
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
- Experience managing workstreams or leading small teams
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced transaction environments
- Intellectual curiosity across multiple industries
