Job Title: Site Engineer (Night Shift)
Location: Heathrow Airport
Hours: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Contract: 6 to 9 months approx.
Pay Rate: £500 per night

TRIbuild Solutions are working with a major infrastructure delivery partner and we are recruiting for a Site Engineer on Night Shifts to support tunnel upgrade works at Heathrow Airport.
This is a critical role in a high‑profile live environment, ideal for an experienced engineer looking to make a real impact while earning competitive rates on a long‑term contract.
Key Duties
- Oversee and report on night shift construction works
- Support subcontractor coordination and short‑term programming
- Complete QA documentation and ITP check sheets
- Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, and site safety procedures
- Liaise with shift engineers and supervisors to ensure programme delivery
Requirements
- Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
- SMSTS and CSCS certification
- Proven track record on infrastructure or civil projects
- Strong communicator with excellent site documentation habits
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced night shift environment
Desirable
- Drainage and cladding/fit‑out experience
- Proactive, solutions‑driven attitude
