The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record in Change and Transformation recruitment
• Necessary gravitas for such a position
• Experience in growing and developing a team would be ideal
• Successful in representing a brand across C‑Level
• In‑depth knowledge within the necessary vertical
• Could be a Team Leader or Manager ready to step up
