Job Title: Multi Trader

Job Type: Temporary Contract – Reviewed every 12 weeks; potential for rolling extensions.

Location: North Northamptonshire Council

Rate of pay: PAYE £17.90ph or Umbrella £24.48ph, overtime if applicable

(Company van supplied strictly for work use)

Are you an experienced multi trader looking for work?

ARC is currently looking for Multi Traders to work with Northamptonshire council on their voids and occupied properties.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in a range of trades: carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, bricklaying, flooring, groundworks
• Proven trade experience
• Must have UK driving licence
