Day Rate: £400 Outside IR35 (LTD will be needed)
Remote (UK Based) – Occasional travel to offices in UK

We’re supporting a major UK organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme, replacing a legacy system of record platform with a modern SaaS solution. They’re looking for a pragmatic Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to help drive day-to-day delivery across the programme, working closely with both internal stakeholders and an external implementation partner.
This role is less about textbook Agile ceremonies and more about hands‑on delivery coordination, sprint visibility, dependency management, and keeping transformation workstreams moving effectively.
Key Experience Needed
- Agile / Scrum delivery experience
- Experience managing vendors or implementation partners
- Experience coordinating sprint-based delivery environments
- Comfortable operating in evolving or less mature Agile environments
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery coordination across the programme
- Maintain visibility across sprint activity and project progress
- Track blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Coordinate between internal teams and external solution providers
- Align external sprint planning with internal Agile processes
- Ensure workstreams remain organised, prioritised, and progressing effectively
