Candidate Profile

Deputy Terrace Manager – deliver refined hospitality, engage guests and build relationships, lead by example, shape team culture, develop bar team through training and coaching, support day‑to‑day terrace management and cover shifts.

Key Requirements

  • Supervisory or managerial bar experience in a luxury establishment, London experience desired.
  • Excellent beverage product knowledge.
  • Excellent command of English; second language preferred.
  • Immaculate grooming standards.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Comfortable with procedures such as performance reviews, recruitment and training.
  • May require manual handling.
