Roofing Contracts Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the delivery of multiple live projects
• Management of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Programme control to ensure works are delivered on time
• Commercial oversight including variations, valuations, and cost control
• Client liaison and attendance at progress meetings
• Ensuring works are delivered to specification, quality, and H&S standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in construction
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and project administration
• Strong attention to detail
• Commercially aware with the ability to protect margins
• Confident leader with a firm but fair management style
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and full UK driving licence
