We are working with secondary schools in Kettering to recruit ambitious graduates for a School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while training towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in a supportive school environment.
The Role
- Train within a secondary school alongside experienced teaching professionals
- Develop practical classroom and behaviour management skills
- Receive dedicated mentoring and professional development support
- Work towards achieving QTS through a recognised SCITT pathway
- Support pupils in lessons while gradually building teaching responsibilities
We Are Looking For Graduates Who
- Hold a UK degree (2:2 or above preferred)
- Are passionate about education and working with young people
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Are motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
- Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
