Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

Overview

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in Guiseley.

This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP. It involves 20 hours per week, delivered Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm.

Compensation

Pay rate: £15.96ph (PAYE) – £20.29ph UMB.

Duties

• Welfare checks on residents.
• Health and safety checks on the building.
• Signposting information to residents.
• Organising activities for residents.
• Reporting and coordinating repairs.

Qualifications

Previous sheltered or supported housing experience is ideal.

Must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.

Location

Based in Leeds (also mentions Guiseley).

Additional Information

Working with older adults (aged 55+).
