Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised and aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Oversee the coordination and governance cadence of the Seamless and Smart Energy theme, including quarterly business reviews and sprint showcases.
- Collaborate across domains to identify synergies, highlight dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key work packages.
- Manage competing priorities, balancing short‑term goals with long‑term strategic ambitions.
- Facilitate problem‑to‑solution engineering, ensuring technologies, services, and features align with the company’s vision of modern luxury and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in EV charging, mobility services, or digital operations, ideally within an eMSP, CPO, or automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of the public charging ecosystem, roaming hubs, and backend integration with OEM systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams.
- Familiarity with customer‑facing digital platforms and their operational dependencies.
- A customer‑first mindset, combined with strategic thinking and the ability to deliver in an agile framework.
