We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo has become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK, powering in‑person commerce across 150,000+ customers in four countries.
The Role
You will be the engine of our financial strategy, sitting at the heart of the Go‑To‑Market Finance & Strategy team. You’ll transform complex data into clear, strategic actions that drive long‑term revenue and international growth. In this high‑impact role, you’ll build our reporting architecture, master commercial metrics, and directly influence the “so what” behind the data.
What You Will Do
- Lead data analysis for the GTM finance team, building models that inform revenue forecasts and executive decision‑making.
- Partner with Data and RevOps to build and maintain scalable datasets and dashboards that track performance with speed and accuracy.
- Provide financial evaluation for new market entries and perform deep dives into margins to guide profitability.
- Define, track, and operationalise core revenue KPIs and unit economics (LTV, ARR) to steer long‑term planning.
- Identify reporting bottlenecks and lead the charge on automating them, converting manual tasks into streamlined workflows.
- Collaborate on strategic projects and in‑depth revenue analysis with the broader GTM team.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in an analytical role such as Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics.
- A strong foundation in financial modeling, variance analysis, and a commercial mindset to understand the “why” behind the numbers.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, with experience building compelling dashboards in Looker.
- A track record of tackling complex projects like unit economics, KPI analytics, or revenue forecasting.
Working Environment
We have an office‑first culture, with employees working from the office at least four days per week. Offices across Europe provide quiet zones, collaboration spaces, and social hubs to support focus and teamwork.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
We are committed to building teams that reflect the diversity of the businesses we serve. We encourage applicants who are curious, relentless and customer‑obsessed to apply.
