Responsibilities
- Developing and managing detailed construction programmes across multiple projects
- Supporting pre‑construction and bid teams with tender planning activities
- Monitoring project progress and identifying risks or programme delays
- Producing programme updates and reports for key stakeholders
- Working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
- Contributing to planning best practice and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a Senior Planner or Planning role within the construction sector
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing
- Proficiency using planning software such as Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and organised approach with strong problem‑solving ability
