Overview
Graduate role in Operational Technology services across Industrial Waste & Energy. 2‑year programme beginning 2 September 2026 at Ling Hall Landfill Site, Rugby, Warwickshire. Base salary of £30,000.
Key responsibilities
- Act as technical liaison across OT services.
- Identify and implement improvements to OT systems.
- Integrate DB&T systems with OT infrastructure.
- Support delivery of reliable and stable customer solutions.
- Investigate new OT technologies and solutions.
- Liaise with site staff, contractors, and internal teams.
- Communicate technical information to stakeholders.
- Assist with training and documentation of OT systems and platforms.
- Support new tenders and mobilisation processes.
- Demonstrate strong health and safety awareness.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Control & Instrumentation, Mechatronics or similar) – to be achieved by September 2026.
- UK driving licence.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Good communication skills and collaborative working ability.
- Willingness to learn technical systems and equipment.
- Reliability and commitment to deadlines.
- Interest in OT engineering or the energy sector.
Desirable
- Experience or understanding of programming languages.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
