  • Create and execute detailed test plans for new products.
  • Maintain software quality for existing products.
  • Maintain testing status/progress using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Advise approval of final code/hardware components.
  • Create FAQ, release notes, and support materials for end‑user support groups.

Must‑Have

  • Commercial experience in test or quality assurance roles.
  • Skilled with creative software and hardware, especially music technology products.
  • Proven ability to design high‑quality, reliable software test assets including test design, approach, scripts, and bugs.
  • Full lifecycle experience in multiple software projects, from inception, planning, development, test, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experienced with both Windows and MacOS platforms.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving approach.
  • Fluent spoken and good written English.
  • Located in United Kingdom, within commuting distance.

Nice To Have

  • A degree‑level qualification in Computer Science, Music Production, Audio Engineering, general music practices/performance, or a related field.
  • Experience with scripting languages and test automation frameworks.
  • Software development background.
