IT Helpdesk Support
Location: Tottenham Court Road, London
Hourly Rate: Competitive
Working Pattern: Office-based (Mon-Fri, 9-5)
Contract: Temporary (2- 4 weeks)
We are currently looking for an IT Helpdesk Support professional on behalf of our client, a global sports and entertainment network. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting and user support, helping to ensure smooth IT operations across the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first-line IT helpdesk support to office users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Responding to IT queries and support requests
- Setting up and fixing equipment where required
- Supporting general day-to-day IT operations across the office
Requirements
- Minimum 2 yearsexperience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Hands-on and proactive approach
- Able to work independently in a busy office environment
