Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect or Developer who can design and deliver solutions for clients across industries, work as a trusted advisor, and lead teams of developers.
Responsibilities
- Understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow.
- Design and deliver new solutions for global clients in a trusted advisor capacity.
- Influence and consult sponsors/stakeholders, providing options with pros, cons, and risks.
- Provide thought leadership in governance, program/project management, business process, and/or technical problems.
- Continuously learn and pursue new certifications, such as Certified Master Architect.
- Stay up to date on ServiceNow offerings and new applications.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and collaborate with ServiceNow account teams.
- Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings.
- Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in technical management and mentorship.
- Maintain a process‑oriented approach and order.
- Seek help from peers and SMEs as needed.
- Have a strong background with enterprise or consulting companies.
Qualifications
- Experience working with ServiceNow in development or technical architecture capacity.
- Minimum 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
- Experience in at least three product lines outside ITSM (e.g., ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM).
- Advanced scripting and integration skills: JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Security clearance is desirable; the ability to obtain SC clearance is required. BPSS and SC security clearance requires five years continuous UK address history.
