Key Responsibilities
- Configure and remotely install software and hardware for Klipboard ERP products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the configuration and installation of those products.
- Maintain departmental documentation as required.
- Participate in any training deemed necessary for the post.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Interest or experience in computer engineering.
- Good problem‑solving skills.
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast‑changing priorities and workloads and remain calm under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills as will be working closely with other colleagues in a team.
