CNC Programmer / Machinist

Bromsgrove (commutable from Redditch, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, Birmingham).

£20 per hour + Monday to Friday + Early Friday Finish + Overtime + Training + 3 Month Contract (Potential to go permanent).

We are an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist looking for a varied and hands‑on role within a close-knit workshop team. This role provides a great work‑life balance with an early finish on Fridays and the opportunity to work across a range of CNC and manual machinery.

Responsibilities

• Programming and operating CNC milling and turning machinery, including HAAS machine centres and lathes.
• Working from engineering drawings and using Fusion 360.
• Supporting workshop operations and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
• Site‑based role within a small, multi‑skilled team.

Qualifications

• Experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist.
• Knowledge of Fusion 360 and working from engineering drawings.
• Comfortable working within a small, multi‑skilled team environment.
• Lives within a commutable distance of the Bromsgrove site.
