Job Description

We are looking for a Credit Controller to join the Frontier team, based in Sandy, on a permanent, full-time basis. We are open to hybrid optionsfor this role, with the right candidate working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

  • Cash collection (in adherence with Company Credit Policy)
  • Liaising directly with external customers to collect cash
  • Escalation of debt collection via the Credit Control Supervisor
  • Annual Credit Limit Reviews
  • Maintenance of Customer Queries and Query Log Spreadsheet
  • Administration of referred orders
  • Credit management of payment runs
  • Approval / Sign off Level in accordance with the Role
  • General administration duties as required
  • During seasonal peaks, such as Spring / Harvest, overtime may be required including early starts and Saturday mornings

Qualifications / Skills

  • Experienced in Customer Service
  • Ability to work on own initiative, make judgments and manage own workload.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Evidence of ability to develop effective working relationships
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade to achieve results
  • IT Literate with working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
