We’re partnering with a private equity-backed B2B SaaS business experiencing rapid growth and transformation. This is a standout opportunity for a newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) finance professional with 1–2 years PQE to move into a forward-looking, high-impact role.

The Opportunity

Reporting into an impressive Director of FP&A, you’ll sit at the heart of the business working closely with senior leadership and driving key decision‑making across commercial functions.

This is not a traditional finance role. There is no month‑end reporting or transactional finance. Instead, the focus is entirely on forward‑looking analysis, commercial insight, and strategic support.

You will play a key role in budgeting and forecasting cycles, while owning and delivering insightful SaaS metrics and KPI reporting, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC and LTV. The role has a strong commercial focus, partnering closely with senior stakeholders including the Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Product Officer, supporting core revenue‑generating functions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll also build and refine financial models to support growth strategy, providing clear, data‑driven insights that directly influence business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 1–2 years PQE
  • Background in B2B SaaS preferred, although Transaction Services candidates looking to make a first move into industry are strongly encouraged
  • Strong analytical capability with a high level of attention to detail
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in understanding business performance drivers
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
