The role emerged following the retirement of the previous Financial Controller and is aligned with the company’s future growth plans for 2026, providing a greenfield opportunity to implement new processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes & Procedures improvements
- Systems improvement
- Management of month‑end processes and a team of four
- Cash‑flow management
- Organisational integration and harmonisation
- Commercial Management Reporting Pack
- Identifying future acquisitions
- Due diligence
- Budgeting and forecasting
- KPI creation for sales & operations
- Competitor analysis and pricing structure
- Management accounts – taking variances and action points to stakeholders
- Marketing rationalisation – cost to return ratios
- Project management
- Ad‑hoc reporting
Your Profile
We are looking for a driven, hands‑on Financial Controller with strong analytical skills in Excel and excellent communication abilities to engage senior stakeholders across operations and sales.
Salary & Benefits
Salary banding for Financial Controller (UK) is £78,500 to £85,000 plus car.
