We are currently representing a highly regarded independent Accountancy Practice looking to appoint an experienced Accounts & Audit Senior into their growing team.

The position will suit an experienced practice professional who enjoys taking ownership, supporting junior staff and working closely with clients and Directors alike.
The Role
The role will involve a mix of:
- Statutory Accounts Preparation
- Audit assignments
- Client relationship management
- Reviewing work
- Managing workloads and deadlines
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff
- Working closely with the Directors on wider practice operations
This is a genuinely varied role within a collaborative and supportive environment where your input will be valued.
What They re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Several years UK Practice experience
- Strong accounts and/or audit background
- Comfortable managing workloads and deadlinesPrevious staff mentoring or management exposure
- Somebody proactive with the drive to progress
