Role Overview

Bolton Community CAMHS is recruiting enthusiastic caring and passionate clinicians to join our expanding community CAMHS team.

We are looking for experienced registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team in Bolton.

We are a busy, friendly multidisciplinary service providing a range of treatment approaches to children and young people, including individual, group, and family work. We work closely with partner agencies and involve families in all areas of the service.

The successful candidate will have access to clinical supervision and individual line management to support clinical work and personal well‑being, and will attend the weekly multi‑disciplinary team meetings.

Partial remote working will be possible for this role.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Nurse / Mental Health Practitioner, the post holder will provide high standards of evidence‑based client‑centred care to children and young people with mental health (CYPMH) problems within the THRIVE Framework for service delivery.

The post holder will provide interventions, advice, consultancy and supervision to both colleagues and to colleagues within external partner agencies in line with THRIVE.

The role will continue to develop in line with national and local initiatives within the CYPMH strategy.

The post holder will demonstrate an attitude that respects and values service users’ and their carers, and will embrace the Core Values of the Organisation and adopt the Principles of Recovery and THRIVE.

Qualifications & Experience

Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with demonstrated experience in child and young people mental health settings.
