About you
Qualified Home Manager with a minimum of 60 beds in a dementia and general nursing setting, leading and managing teams in a person‑centred care environment. At least 3 years experience as a Home Manager and evidence of CQC compliance rated good in the last three years.

- Level 5 in Leadership Management
- Experienced in caring for older people
- Capable and confident leader, motivated to grow and shape a team
- Experienced in managing a successful home or services in healthcare
- Confident in knowledge of CQC regulations
- Passionate about delivering first‑class care
