We’re supporting a highly regarded international creative agency is hiring an In‑House PR & Communications Director to support its next phase of growth. The business works with some of the world’s best-known brands across technology, culture, entertainment, consumer, and sport, and is investing heavily in its global in‑house marketing and communications function.

You’ll own a broad communications remit spanning:

  • PR and media relations
  • Social and editorial strategy
  • Thought leadership and executive profiling
  • Speaking opportunities and activations
  • Reputation and narrative development

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape how the agency shows up across business, culture, and design conversations globally.

It’s a brilliant opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a business with strong momentum and ambitious growth plans.

They’re especially interested in people from:

  • Creative or branding businesses
  • High‑growth or culturally‑led brands

The ideal person will bring strong media relations and storytelling instincts, commercial awareness, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

You’ll likely already be operating at Senior Manager, Head of PR, Communications Director, or Account Director level.

Alongside the role itself, the business offers a genuinely people‑focused culture with a strong emphasis on development, progression, and long‑term growth.
