We are seeking a hardworking and detail‑oriented Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Banbury. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity, providing a clear path to a permanent contract for the right candidate. You will be responsible for building high‑quality food trolleys, working extensively with stainless steel and integrated heating/ventilation systems.
Working Hours & Breaks
Enjoy a balanced week with an early finish every Friday!
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 14:00
- Morning Break: 15 minutes (Fully Paid)
- Lunch Break: 30 minutes (Unpaid)
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical Assembly: Build food service trolleys using stainless steel components.
- Technical Installation: Integrate heating systems and ventilation units.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every trolley meets strict manufacturing standards.
- Tool Operation: Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in assembly or metalwork is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to follow assembly instructions and technical drawings.
