Line Chef

A Line Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.

Responsibilities

• You will join the kitchen brigade.
• Preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service.
• Ensuring all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free.
• Supporting the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieving all departmental targets.
