A Line Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.
Responsibilities
- You will join the kitchen brigade.
- Preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service.
- Ensuring all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free.
- Supporting the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieving all departmental targets.
