Overview
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with at least 3 years of buildings design experience to join our Manchester office. This role involves designing and consulting on a variety of building projects, including housing developments, commercial developments, and special temporary structures.
Responsibilities
- Design structural solutions for new and existing buildings.
- Conduct site visits and attend design meetings.
- Prepare technical reports and drawings.
- Use software such as Scia and Masterseries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices.
- Contribute to project budgeting and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of buildings design experience.
- Willingness to pursue chartership.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with steel, concrete, timber, masonry and aluminium structures.
- Experience with Scia and Masterseries desirable.
- Full UK work eligibility.
