The Role

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS)
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works
• Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems)

Requirements

• Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on‑site completing fault diagnosis
• You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision
• Proven diagnostics skills
• Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant – AHU's etc
• Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus
