Home‑based role covering the South of the UK, ideally based near Reading.

Role Overview

We are looking for a mechanically minded service engineer with a background in team leadership and management to join a global industry leader. The role is Monday‑to‑Friday, covering a local patch with a focus on work/life balance, door‑to‑door overtime and career growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Service, maintenance and repair of industrial and automated doors and related equipment.
• Managing a growing team of engineers based in the South of the UK.
• Visiting customer sites and managing customer relationships.
• Scheduling and coordinating work within a local patch; no overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Mechanical fitter or equivalent technical experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Demonstrated management experience.
