Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous site management experience, including overseeing masonry build processes and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation, building regulations, and site-specific requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, meet deadlines, and motivate a team effectively.

Key Duties

  • Ensure site compliance by reading, understanding, and implementing company policies and procedures on-site, ensuring all trades follow trade specifications.
  • Manage and support directly employed site staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
  • Take full ownership of the build program, providing 4-week look-aheads, weekly reviews, and regular updates to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

  • Level 4 or equivalent in a construction-based qualification, CSCS Site Manager level, and SMSTS.
  • First Aid at Work, Basic Scaffold Inspection, and strong working knowledge of Building Regulations.
  • Relevant certifications and knowledge to ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
