A leading MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their team, working across long-term frameworks for an established key client.

Role Overview

As Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee mechanical installation works across multiple projects, ensuring delivery is safe, efficient, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in managing site teams and maintaining quality across all works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical installation works across live projects
• Manage site operatives and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
• Carry out quality checks, inspections, and snagging
• Work closely with Project Managers and senior site teams
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within MEP/building services
• Strong understanding of mechanical installations (pipework, HVAC, etc.)
• Good leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work across multiple sites
