Senior Coffee Engineer
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Coffee Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong experience working on both traditional espresso machines and bean‑to‑cup coffee machines.
You’ll be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair work across a range of commercial coffee equipment, ensuring customers receive excellent service and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair traditional machines
- Diagnose and repair faults on bean‑to‑cup coffee machines
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits
- Install and commission new coffee equipment
- Provide excellent customer service on-site
- Complete service reports accurately and efficiently
- Support junior engineers where required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Coffee Engineer
- Strong knowledge of traditional and bean‑to‑cup machines
- Electrical and fault‑finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer‑facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
