Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week, 5 days over 7 including alternate weekends)

Salary: £26,500 + Company Vehicle + Benefits

Looking to Build a Career in IT Field Service

A well‑established provider of IT services to major UK retail and hospitality brands is expanding and seeking a Field Service Engineer. This role suits someone who is reliable, customer‑focused, and enjoys working in a hands‑on environment.

Direct EPOS experience isn’t essential. Candidates with previous field service or customer‑facing experience, a valid driving licence, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Attend customer sites to install, maintain, or replace retail IT equipment

• Manage stock and parts from a company vehicle




• Complete tasks using a mobile job management system




• Support project rollouts and attend training sessions as required

What You’ll Need:

• Previous field‑based or customer service experience




• Strong communication skills




• Comfortable using IT systems and following structured processes




• Full UK driving licence
