Responsibilities:
- DeliveringITsupportviatheWalk-UpDesk,actingasthefirstpointofcontactforin-officeemployees.
- Providinghands-onsupportforbothWindows11andMacOSusers,coveringhardware,software,andaccount-relatedissues.
- MeetingroomandA/V(audio-visual)support.
- ManagingITassets(computers,phones,peripherals),ensuringaccuratestockcontrolandlifecycletracking.
- ProgressingincidentsandservicerequestsinlinewithSLA,escalatingtoTier2/3supportteamswherenecessary.
- Supportingonboarding/offboardingactivities,ensuringequipmentandaccessaresetupcorrectly.
- ContributingtoknowledgesharingandcontinuousimprovementwithintheITSupportteam.
Requirements:
- ProvenTier1/2ITsupportexperienceinanenterpriseenvironment.
- StrongworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftWindows11.
- StrongworkingknowledgeofMacOSsupportinacorporatesetting.
- GoodworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice365applications(Outlook,Teams,Excel,Word).
- FamiliaritywithActiveDirectorytasks(passwordresets,accountunlocks).
- FamiliaritywithOktaandSingleSign-On(SSO)technologies.
- ProvidemeetingroomandA/V(audio-visual)support,ensuringequipmentsuchasdisplays,conferencingsystems,andvideocallsfunctionsmoothlyforonsiteandhybridmeetings.
- Generalunderstandingofnetworkingbasics(Wi-Fi,TCP/IP).
