Pensions Consultant | 10461 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £43,822 to £48,227 per annum (Scale K) | County Hall, Norwich

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pension Consultant to join our busy Member Services team at the Norfolk Pension Fund, helping us deliver a first‑class service to members of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).

The Norfolk Pension Fund provides pension services to over 425 employers and supports more than 100,000 active, deferred and pensioner members. This is a key leadership role within the team, offering the chance to make a real impact on service delivery and member experience.

About The Role

  • Have proven management skills and be able to lead and support a team responsible for delivering high‑quality pension services
  • Manage resources and workloads, setting priorities to meet service standards
  • Provide high‑level specialist technical expertise and advice within your professional area
  • Ensure work is accurate, consistent and aligned with legislation and best practice
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex cases and technical queries
