Construction, Projects and Assets team offers expertise to help clients resolve disputes, improve construction project delivery, and develop processes that ensure improved schedules and financial performance. This practice includes claims advisory, quantum and delay expert witness services, and dispute resolution through ADR, arbitration and litigation.

What You’ll Do

Seeking professionals with experience in delay analysis, project advisory services and construction scheduling. As part of the Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice, this group offers contract advisory services to owner, contractors and law firms in prevention, management and resolution of construction disputes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform claims and schedule delay analysis.
  • Provide schedule management and advice.
  • Assist with preparation of expert reports in dispute resolution procedures.
  • Provide high-quality and timely service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Post‑qualification experience within the construction industry or a closely related profession.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and organisational abilities.
  • Proficient working knowledge of industry programme management software, including Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and Microsoft Project.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
