Due to continued growth across the Group and an increasing volume of recruitment activity, we are seeking a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the team. This role would be based out of our Birmingham office; occasional travel to our regional offices across the UK will be required.

Working closely with the wider HR function and hiring managers across the Group, you will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, helping to attract high‑quality talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience. What You’ll Do
- Support hiring managers across the Group by taking detailed recruitment briefs and understanding hiring requirements.
- Create, manage and publish engaging job adverts across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Review, screen and shortlist applications against role requirements.
- Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners to support hiring activity.
- Ensure candidates receive a professional and positive recruitment experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and continuously update our applicant tracking systems.
- Assist with early careers recruitment including apprenticeships, graduates and placement opportunities.
- Support talent attraction initiatives including careers events, job fairs and employer branding activity.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to support recruitment process improvements.
- Conduct industry and market research to identify emerging trends.
- Assist in reducing agency reliance through improved direct recruitment methods and candidate engagement.
- Develop knowledge of sourcing and headhunting techniques with a view to progressing into a broader Talent Acquisition role over time.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident reviewing applications and engaging with candidates and stakeholders professionally.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with ATS systems.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Excellent time management.
- Interest in direct sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential due to travel across Group offices when required.
