What You’ll Do

  • Manage online referrals with prompt response times
  • Provide short‑term, solution‑focused counselling (3–12 sessions)
  • Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
  • Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management

Essential Requirements

  • Accreditation: BACP / UKCP / COSCA / BPS / NCS / BABCP or equivalent
  • Alternative: Diploma‑level qualification + 3 years post‑qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
  • Approach: Experience in short‑term, solution‑focused therapeutic models
  • Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
  • Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)
  • Compliance: ICO registration as Data Protection Officer

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
  • Assessment and support planning expertise
  • Short‑term counselling interventions with workplace focus
  • Understanding of organisational dynamics and work‑life challenges
  • Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral networks
