Deputy Home Manager

Salary: c. £29,000 + benefits
A Deputy Manager will support the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of a small, modern residential service for adults with learning disabilities. The role is hands‑on leadership that includes the following responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop a committed staff team.
- Champion truly person‑centred care.
- Support compliance, quality and best practice.
- Help create a positive, stable and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager (or Team Leader) within residential care.
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Holding (or working toward) NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and communicate confidently.
