Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Telesales Executive to join our team in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. This is a NOT A hybrid role, BUT an office-based work arrangement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively contacting existing and new trade customers
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Identifying sales opportunities and upselling product ranges
  • Managing inbound enquiries and converting them into orders
  • Working closely with purchasing and operations teams
  • Supporting key accounts and following up on quotes
  • Keeping CRM and customer records up to date

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous telesales or sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals
  • Organised, proactive and target-driven
  • Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles or parts (desirable but not essential)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
