£34,670 per annum – including London Allowance.
Hours
35 hours per week. Full‑time, permanent.
Eligibility

Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the front‑of‑house team, ensuring inspirational customer service.
- Oversee seamless front‑of‑house operations at the Founders Kitchen.
- Drive and increase sales while controlling costs.
- Work evenings and weekends as required, with time off in lieu.
